The reporting portal allows Nursing Regulatory Bodies to view candidate reports, program reports, and quarterly reports.

  1. Program Reports

Program reports provide summary data on candidate performance by educational program.

  1. Quarterly Reports

Quarterly reports provide summary data on candidate performance by jurisdiction.

  1. Candidate Roster Reports

Candidate Roster reports provide a list of basic candidate demographic information along with associated exam information for a specified time period.

  1. Candidate Search Reports

Candidate Search reports provide basic demographic information and exam history for an individual candidate.

The reporting portal can be accessed through the Reports link in the blue navigation bar at the top of the NCLEX Administration web page. The Nursing Regulatory Bodies are the only entities with access to the reporting portal. It is through this portal that Nursing Regulatory Bodies can access quarterly reports detailing candidate results listed by education programs in their jurisdiction.

If you have questions about reports, please use the online-help within the reporting system. The reporting portal can be accessed through the Reports link in the blue navigation bar at the top of the NCLEX Administration web page.

You must have the MBReports (may run Member Board reports) permission to request and view reports for your jurisdiction. Only Nursing Regulatory Bodies can access quarterly reports detailing candidate results listed by education programs by jurisdiction.

In addition to the information available to you in the reporting portal, Candidate Reports (score reports) are also available via the NCLEX Admin website. See below for further details.

  1. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print reports stored in PDF (Portable Document Format).
