Search

To search for specific candidate sessions:

1. Select Registration ID or Access Code from Search by dropdown. (Registration ID is selected by default.)
   
2. Enter the candidate's Registration ID or Access Code in the Search field.
3. Press Enter or select the arrow button.
   This displays the search results.

Note The search can take up to one minute to complete. All sessions for the associated Registration ID will be returned in the search results, even if you search by a specific Access Code.

Search results

Your search results will appear in a grid below the search bar. Each row represents an individual session. (Video may not be available for all sessions.)

You will see an ellipse in the Video column. Select the ellipse to expand it and see your options.

To learn about each of these options, select the links below: 

• View Session
• Download video
• All artifacts

Multiple results 

If your search results return multiple sessions (example: the candidate received a new Access Code), they are listed in order of newest to oldest with five results per page by default.

If you want to view the full end-to-end candidate experience, you need to download all session videos for that registration.

Sorting 

You can sort your results by clicking on any of the column headings.

A box appears around the column heading to indicate it is being used to sort the data and an arrow appears to indicate the sort direction.

Click the column heading again to reverse the sort.

Rows per page 

You can choose the number of rows per page, which are displayed by using the drop-down at the bottom of the page.

Multiple pages 

If you have multiple pages of results, use the arrows in in the bottom right corner to navigate them.

Potential errors

There are two potential errors you may receive when searching:

1. Please enter a single, valid Registration ID

This indicates an invalid ID (invalid characters such as commas, periods, or special characters) or multiple IDs were entered in the search.

1. No session found 

No session was found based on that Registration ID or Access Code. This could be for a variety of reasons including a session was never created or it has been deleted. (Items are only deleted due to Pearson VUE's data retention policies.)
